1) Our quality warranty period extends to a full 12 months from the date the shipping commodity arrives at the port of destination, excluding any physical damage. During this period, we will provide necessary fittings at no additional cost. However, please ensure that any damaged parts are returned to us via courier at your expense before we send replacement parts. Post-warranty, any required repairs or replacements will be subject to reasonable charges.

3) Should you encounter issues with installation, usage, or adjustments that cannot be resolved through our online support, we provide an optional Door-to-Door service.
