1) We offer a quality warranty period of 12 months, starting from the date the shipped commodity reaches the port of destination, excluding any physical damage. During this guarantee period, we will provide free fittings. Note that all users are required to return the damaged fittings to us by courier at your expense before we send out the replacement parts. After the warranty period, any repairs or replacements of fittings will be charged reasonably.
2) Due to the challenges of face-to-face maintenance by our engineers, we provide extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for any issues related to installation, operation, adjustments, maintenance, and more.
3) If you encounter issues with installation, usage, or adjustments that cannot be resolved through our online support, we offer Door-to-Door service. Should you require our engineers to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machine on-site, you will need to assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation for the duration of the business trip and service period. When the machine arrives at the buyer's installation site, we promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers for installation according to the buyer's schedule. The buyer covers the accommodation costs for personnel during installation, along with a fee of USD 150.00 per day per person. We will assist the buyer with visa and installation preparations before traveling.
