1) The quality warranty period is 12 months, starting from the day the product arrives at the destination port, excluding any physical damage. During this warranty period, we will provide free fittings. Please note that users are required to return damaged parts to us via courier at their own expense before we send replacement parts. After the warranty period, any required repairs or replacements will be charged reasonably.
2) Due to the complexity of on-site maintenance, we offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for issues related to installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance.
3) If online support cannot resolve the issue, we offer Door-to-Door service. If you require our engineers for on-site assembly, maintenance, or adjustment, you must assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodations during the service period. Additionally, please arrange for an interpreter for our engineers during their visit. Alternatively, you can send your technicians to our factory for comprehensive, long-term technical training at no extra cost.

However, if the issue does not relate to the quality of our machine, and the buyer requires our engineers for repairs, a service fee will be applicable.
5. Can your company provide technical personnel to our site to guide our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the installation site, we promptly dispatch our mechanical and electrical engineers to assist with the installation according to your schedule. The buyer is responsible for the accommodation and meals of our personnel during the installation process, and an additional charge of USD150.00 per day per person. The seller will assist with visa arrangements and installation preparations prior to departure.
