During this period, we will provide replacement fittings free of charge, excluding physical damage. Kindly return the damaged parts at your expense before we send the replacements. Beyond the warranty period, any required parts and repairs will be charged reasonably.
2) Given the challenges of face-to-face maintenance, we have robust online support options. Our team can assist you via email, MSN/Skype, video calls, telephone, and fax to resolve any issues related to installation, operation, adjustment, or maintenance.
3) In cases where online support isn't sufficient, we offer Door-to-Door services. If you need our engineers to visit your site for assembly, maintenance, or adjustment, you'll need to handle visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and provide accommodation during the service period. During the warranty period, any product quality issues will be addressed with free maintenance and part replacements by our company. However, if the issue is not due to product quality, the buyer will bear the cost of sending our engineers for repairs.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company and direct our workers for free?
Upon arrival of the machine at the buyer's site, we will promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers for installation based on the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the engineers' accommodation and meals abroad and a service fee of USD150.00 per person per day. We will assist with visa and installation preparations prior to travel.
