The quality warranty period is 12 months, starting from the date the shipping commodity arrives at the port of destination. Please note, this excludes physical damage. We will provide free fittings during the warranty period, but users are required to return damaged fittings to us by courier at your expense before we send out replacement parts. After the warranty period, any required repairs or replacements will be reasonably charged.

Given the challenges in providing face-to-face maintenance, we offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for issues related to installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance.

If you encounter issues with installation, use, or adjustment that cannot be resolved through online support, we offer Door-to-Door service. Should you need our engineers to visit for assembly, maintenance, or adjustment, you will need to assist with visa formalities, prepay traveling expenses, and arrange accommodation for the duration of the business trip and service period. Additionally, please provide a translator for our service engineers during their visit. Alternatively, you are welcome to send your engineers to our factory for long-term, free technical training.

5. Can your company provide on-site technical support and training for our workers?
Yes, upon the machine's arrival at your installation site, we promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers to perform installation as per your schedule. The buyer is responsible for the engineers' board and lodging costs abroad, as well as a fee of USD 150.00 per day per person. We will assist with visa and installation preparations before the engineers travel abroad.
