1) Our quality warranty period is 12 months, commencing from the date the shipped commodity arrives at the destination port. This warranty excludes physical damage. During this period, we will provide replacements free of charge. Users are required to return damaged parts to us by courier, at their expense, before we send replacement parts. Post-warranty, repairs and replacements will incur reasonable charges.
2) Given the complexity of face-to-face maintenance, we offer extensive online support. We provide technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax to help with installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance issues.
3) For issues that cannot be resolved through online support, we offer Door-to-Door service. If you require our engineers to visit for assembly, maintenance, or adjustment, please assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation. Additionally, a translator should be provided for our engineers. Alternatively, you can send your engineers to our factory for extensive, complimentary technical training.

During the warranty period, if any product quality issues arise, our company will provide free maintenance and replace any necessary parts at no cost. However, if the issue is not due to machine quality problems, and you require our engineers for repairs, the buyer will be responsible for the appropriate costs.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company and direct our workers for free?
Upon arrival of the machine at your installation site, our mechanical and electrical engineers will be promptly dispatched to install it according to your schedule. The buyer is responsible for the board and lodging of the personnel during the installation process and a fee of USD 150.00 per day per person. We will also assist in handling the visa and installation preparations.
