Our quality warranty period spans a full 12 months from the date your shipment arrives at the port of destination, excluding any physical damages. During this guarantee period, we provide free replacement fittings. However, we kindly ask that you return the damaged fittings to us at your own cost before we send the alternatives. Post-warranty, any repairs or replacements needed will be responsibly charged to you.

5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company and direct our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we will promptly send mechanical and electrical engineers to install the equipment according to the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the accommodation and meals of the personnel abroad during the installation process, in addition to a fee of USD 150.00 per person per day. The seller will assist the buyer in handling visa applications and installation preparations prior to travel.
