1) Our quality warranty period extends for 12 months from the date the shipment reaches its destination port, excluding any physical damage. During this warranty phase, we will provide free fittings. Please note, all users are required to return the damaged fittings via courier at their own expense before we send the replacement parts. Beyond the warranty period, any fittings that require repair or replacement will be charged at a reasonable rate.
2) Recognizing the challenges of face-to-face maintenance, we offer comprehensive online support. Our technical assistance is available via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax to help you with installation, operation, adjustments, maintenance, and more.
3) Should you encounter issues with installation, usage, or adjustments that our online support cannot resolve, we offer Door-to-Door service. If you need our engineer(s) on-site for assembly, maintenance, or adjustments, you must assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation for the duration of the business trip and service period. If the issue is unrelated to the machine's quality, and our engineers are required for repairs, the buyer will bear the appropriate costs.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our site to train our workers?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we promptly send mechanical and electrical engineers for installation as per the buyer’s schedule. The buyer is responsible for the personnel's board and lodging during the installation process and an additional cost of USD150.00 per day, per person. We will assist the buyer with visa arrangements and installation preparations prior to departure.
