Our Dual Spindles CNC Lathe Center comes with a 12-month quality warranty from the date your shipment arrives at the destination port. Within this period, we will supply free replacement parts for any damages, excluding physical damage. Please note, we require users to return the damaged parts at their own cost before we can dispatch the replacements. Post-warranty, any repairs or part replacements will incur a reasonable charge.

Understanding the challenges of face-to-face maintenance, we offer extensive online support to assist you. Receive expert technical guidance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video calls, telephone, and fax for issues related to installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance.

Should any issues arise during installation, usage, or adjustment that cannot be resolved through online support, we provide an on-site service option. If you need our engineers to visit your location for assembly, maintenance, or adjustments, you will need to facilitate visa formalities, cover travel expenses, and arrange accommodation. Additionally, please provide a translator for our service engineers during their visit. Alternatively, you are welcome to send your engineers to our factory for comprehensive, long-term technical training free of charge.

For issues unrelated to product quality, if the buyer requires our engineers for repairs, relevant costs will apply.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company to train our workers for free?
Upon the machine’s arrival at the buyer’s site, we promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers for installation aligned with the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the personnel’s accommodation and a daily fee of USD 150.00 per person during the installation period. The seller will assist with visa arrangements and installation preparations before departure.
