The quality warranty period is 12 months from the day the shipping commodity arrives at the port of destination, excluding any physical damage. During this period, we will provide you with fittings at no charge. However, please kindly note that all users are required to return the damaged fittings to us via courier, at your charge, before we send back the replacement parts. After the warranty period, any fittings you need repaired or replaced will be your responsibility and will be reasonably charged.

Given the challenges of face-to-face maintenance, we offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for issues related to installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance.

If online support cannot resolve your issues with installation, use, or adjustment, we offer Door-to-Door service. Should you require our engineer(s) to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machine in your area, you are kindly asked to assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation during their business trip and service period. Additionally, please arrange for a translator for the service engineer during their stay. Alternatively, you can send your engineer to our factory for comprehensive, long-term technical training at no extra cost.

Our minimum order quantity is just one set, and we proudly offer a comprehensive warranty for one full year.
2. What brand of the bearing do you use?
We use high-quality NSK bearings from Japan, known for their durability and precision.
3. When is the delivery time?
Delivery is prompt and efficient, taking place within 15-30 days after we receive your payment.
4. How do you handle issues during the warranty period?
During the warranty period, any product quality issues will be handled by our company with free maintenance. If parts need to be replaced due to quality issues, we will provide replacements free of charge. However, if the problem is not related to our machine quality and you require engineering service, we will charge a reasonable fee for the service.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our site to train our workers?
Yes, upon the machine's arrival at your installation site, we will promptly send our skilled mechanical and electrical engineers to assist with the installation according to your schedule. Please note that you will need to cover the board and lodging costs for our personnel during the installation process, as well as a daily fee of USD150.00 per person. We will also assist with visa arrangements and installation preparations prior to their departure.
