The quality warranty period is 12 months, commencing from the day the shipped commodity arrives at the destination port, excluding any physical damage. We will provide you with replacement parts free of charge during this guarantee period. Kindly note that all users must return the damaged parts to us via courier at your expense before we send out the replacement parts. After the warranty period, any required repairs or replacements will be at your expense, charged at a reasonable rate.

The buyer is responsible for lodging and boarding costs abroad and a fee of USD150.00 per day per person. We will assist you with visa arrangements and installation preparations to ensure a smooth process.
