1) The quality warranty period is 12 months, commencing from the day the shipped commodity arrives at the destination port, excluding any physical damage. During this guarantee period, we will provide necessary fittings free of charge. Kindly note, all users are required to return the damaged fittings by courier at your expense before we dispatch the replacement parts. After the warranty period, any required repairs or replacements will be at the user's expense, and will be reasonably charged.
2) Given the challenge of providing face-to-face maintenance, we will offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for any issues related to installation, operation, adjustment, maintenance, and more.
3) Should you encounter issues with installation, usage, or adjustment that can't be resolved through online support, we offer Door-to-Door service. If you require our engineers to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machine at your location, you must assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation during the business trip and service period. Additionally, please arrange a translator for our service engineers during their stay. Alternatively, you are welcome to send your engineers to our factory for comprehensive, long-term, free technical training.

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is one set, and our warranty extends for a full year.

We use high-quality NSK bearings from Japan.
3. When is the delivery time?
We will deliver the machine within 15-30 days after receiving your payment.
4. How to handle the warranty period?
During the warranty period, if any product quality issues arise, our company will provide free maintenance services. Should any parts need replacement due to quality problems, we will replace them at no cost. However, if the issue is not related to the machine's quality, and the buyer requires our engineers for repair services, we will charge a reasonable fee.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company and direct our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we will promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers to install the machine according to the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the board and lodging of the personnel during the installation process, as well as a fee of USD150.00 per person per day. We will also assist the buyer with visa arrangements and installation preparations prior to traveling abroad.
