The quality warranty period spans 12 months, starting from the day the shipped commodity arrives at the port of destination, excluding physical damages. During the warranty period, we will provide replacement fittings at no cost. Please return the damaged fittings via courier at your expense before we send the replacement parts. Post-warranty, any fittings requiring repair or replacement will be reasonably charged to you.

Given the difficulty of in-person maintenance, we offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax to help you with installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance issues.

For unresolved issues with installation, operation, or adjustment through online support, we offer Door-to-Door service. Should you require our engineers to provide on-site assistance, you will need to facilitate visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation and translation services during their visit. Alternatively, you can send your engineers to our factory for long-term, complimentary technical training.

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is one set, and we offer a comprehensive one-year warranty.

We use NSK bearings, renowned for their quality, from Japan.
3. What is the delivery time for your machines?
We ensure delivery within 15-30 days after receipt of your payment.
4. How do you handle issues during the warranty period?
During the warranty period, if any product quality issues arise, our company will provide free maintenance and replacement of necessary parts. If the issue is not related to machine quality, and the buyer requires our engineers for repairs, we will charge an appropriate service fee.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our site to train our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers as per the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for accommodation and meals for our personnel during installation, along with a fee of USD150.00 per person per day. We will assist the buyer in handling visa and installation preparations before traveling abroad.
