Our quality warranty period spans an impressive 12 months, starting from the moment the shipping commodity reaches its destination port, excluding any physical damage. During this guarantee period, we are committed to providing you with free fittings. Please note that all damaged fittings must be returned to us by courier at your expense before we dispatch the replacement parts. Post warranty, any required repairs or replacements will be reasonably charged and managed by you.

Given the challenges of face-to-face maintenance by our engineers, we offer comprehensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax to help resolve issues related to installation, operation, adjustment, maintenance, and beyond.

For any problems that our online support cannot resolve, we offer a Door-to-Door service. Should you require our engineers for assembly, maintenance, or adjustments on-site, you will be responsible for arranging visa formalities, prepaying travel expenses, and organizing accommodation during their stay. Additionally, a translator must be provided for our engineers during their visit. Alternatively, you are welcome to send your engineers to our factory for extensive, free technical training.

During the warranty period, our company will address any product quality-related issues with free maintenance services. If parts need to be replaced due to product defects, we will provide these replacements at no additional cost. For issues not related to our product quality, if the buyer requires on-site repair services, the buyer will be responsible for the appropriate costs.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company to train our workers for free?
Upon the machine’s arrival at the buyer's installation site, we promptly dispatch our mechanical and electrical engineers for installation according to the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the engineers' board and lodging during the installation process, as well as a fee of USD 150.00 per person per day. The seller will assist the buyer with visa arrangements and installation preparations prior to traveling abroad.
