This warranty excludes physical damage. During this period, we will provide replacement parts at no cost. However, please return the damaged parts to us via courier at your expense before we dispatch the new parts. Post-warranty, any required repairs or replacement parts will incur a reasonable charge.

Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we will promptly dispatch skilled mechanical and electrical engineers to oversee the installation according to your schedule. The buyer is responsible for the engineers’ board and lodging abroad during installation, plus an additional USD150.00 per day per person.
