1) The quality warranty period is 12 months from the day the shipping commodity arrives at the port of destination, excluding physical damage. During this guarantee period, we will provide you with free fittings. However, users are required to return the damaged fittings to us by courier at your cost before we send back the replacement parts. After the warranty period, any repairs or replacements will be charged reasonably.
2) Since it is challenging for our engineers to maintain the machine face-to-face, we offer extensive online support. We provide technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for issues related to installation, operation, adjustment, maintenance, and more.
3) If you encounter problems with installation, usage, or adjustment that online support cannot resolve, we offer Door-to-Door service. Should you require our engineers to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machine in your area, you must assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation for the duration of the business trip and service period. 5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company to train our workers?
Upon the machine's arrival at your installation site, we will promptly send mechanical and electrical engineers according to your schedule. The buyer is responsible for board and lodging during the installation process, as well as a fee of USD150.00 per day per person. We will also assist with visa and installation preparations.
