1) The quality warranty period is 12 months from the day the shipping commodity arrives at the port of destination, excluding physical damage. During this guarantee period, we will provide you with the fittings free of charge. Please note that all users are required to return damaged fittings by courier at their own expense before we can send replacement parts. After the warranty period, any fittings that need repair or replacement will be charged at a reasonable rate.

If the machine issue is not related to our product quality, and you require our engineers for repairs, we will charge a nominal fee for this service.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our site to train our workers?
Yes, upon the machine's arrival at your installation site, we will promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers to assist with the setup according to your schedule. The buyer is responsible for the accommodation and meals of our personnel during the installation period, as well as a fee of USD 150.00 per person per day. We will also assist with visa applications and installation preparations prior to dispatching our team abroad.
