1) Our products come with a 12-month quality warranty starting from the arrival date at the destination port. We offer free fittings during the warranty period, excluding physical damage. Customers are responsible for returning damaged fittings at their cost before receiving alternative parts. After the warranty period, repair or replacement fittings will be charged reasonably.
2) Due to limited face-to-face maintenance, we provide extensive online support via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance issues.
3) If online support is insufficient, we offer Door to Door service. Customers requiring on-site assembly, maintenance, or adjustment by our engineers must cover visa expenses, prepaid travel costs, and accommodation. A translator is also necessary during the service period. Alternatively, customers can send their engineers for free technical training at our factory.
