1) Our quality warranty period extends to 12 months from the date when the shipping commodity arrives at the port of destination, excluding any physical damage. During this guarantee period, we will provide necessary fittings free of charge. However, users are required to return the damaged fittings to us by courier at their expense before we dispatch the replacement parts. Post-warranty, any fittings that need repair or replacement will incur reasonable charges.
