1) The quality warranty period for the ProMax Y Axis CNC Lathe Machine, Dual Spindles, High Performance, 4500rpm is 12 months from the day the shipment arrives at the destination port, excluding physical damage. During this period, we will provide replacement fittings free of charge. However, customers must return the damaged parts to us via courier at their expense before we dispatch the replacement parts. After the warranty period, any required repairs or replacements will be the customer’s responsibility and reasonably charged.
2) Given the logistical challenges of face-to-face maintenance, we offer extensive online support. Our technical assistance is available via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax to help with installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance issues.
3) If you encounter problems with installation, use, or adjustment that cannot be resolved through our online support, we offer Door-to-Door service. Should you require our engineers to visit your location for assembly, maintenance, or adjustments, you will need to assist with visa formalities, cover travel expenses in advance, and arrange accommodation for the duration of their visit. Upon the machine's arrival at your installation site, we promptly send mechanical and electrical engineers according to your schedule. The buyer is responsible for the personnel's board and lodging during installation as well as USD150.00 per day per person. We also assist with visa and preparation processes.
