1) The quality warranty period is 12 months starting from the day the shipped commodity arrives at the destination port, excluding physical damage. During this guarantee, we provide fittings free of charge. Please ensure you return the damaged fittings to us by courier at your expense before we send the replacements. After the warranty period, any required repairs or replacements will be charged reasonably.
2) Given the challenges of face-to-face maintenance, we offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for issues related to installation, operation, adjustment, maintenance, and more.
3) If you encounter issues that online support cannot resolve, we offer Door-to-Door service. Should our engineer(s) need to visit your location for assembly, maintenance, or adjustments, you will be required to assist with visa formalities, cover travel expenses, and arrange accommodation during the business trip and service period. 5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company and direct our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at your installation site, we will promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers as per your schedule. The buyer covers the engineers' board, lodging, and a fee of USD 150.00 per day per person. We will assist with visa arrangements and installation preparation before traveling abroad.
