Our quality warranty period is 12 months from the arrival of the shipping commodity at the port of destination. We provide free fittings during this period, excluding physical damage. Users are required to return damaged fittings at their own cost before we send alternative parts. After the warranty period, repair or replacement of fittings will incur reasonable charges.
To support you remotely, we offer technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance issues. If online support is insufficient, we provide Door to Door service. You must cover visa formalities, travel expenses, and accommodation for our engineers during their visit. Alternatively, you can send your engineer for free technical training at our factory.
