1) The quality warranty period is 12 months, starting from the day the shipped commodity arrives at the destination port, excluding instances of physical damage. We will provide the necessary fittings free of charge during this guarantee period. Please note that users are required to return the damaged fittings to us via courier at their expense before we send the replacement parts. Post-warranty, any repairs or replacements needed will be at the user's expense, with reasonable charges applied.
2) As face-to-face maintenance by our engineers is challenging, we will offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance through email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax whenever users encounter issues with installation, operation, adjustment, maintenance, and more.
3) If you experience problems with installation, use, or adjustment that our online support cannot resolve, we can provide Door-to-Door service. Should our engineers need to visit your location for assembly, maintenance, or adjustment, you will need to assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation during the business trip and service period.
