1) Our quality warranty period extends for 12 months from the day the shipping commodity arrives at the port of destination, excluding any physical damage. During this guarantee period, we will provide the necessary fittings free of charge. To receive replacement fittings, users must return the damaged parts to us by courier at their own expense before we send the replacement parts. After the warranty period, any required fittings for repair or replacement will be charged at a reasonable rate.
