The quality warranty period for our products is 12 months from the arrival of the shipping commodity at the port of destination. We provide free fittings during the guarantee period, excluding physical damage. Users are required to return damaged fittings at their own cost before we send back alternative parts. After the warranty period, repair or replacement of fittings will be charged.
Our engineers offer online support via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for any installation, operation, adjustment, or maintenance issues. If online support is insufficient, we offer Door to Door service. Customers must assist with visa formalities, prepaid travel expenses, and accommodation for our engineers during their service period. Alternatively, customers can send their engineers for free technical training at our factory.
