1) Our quality warranty period extends for a full 12 months from the date the shipping commodity reaches your destination port, excluding any physical damage. During this guarantee period, we will provide free replacement fittings. Please note that damaged fittings must be returned to us via courier at your expense before we dispatch replacement parts. Post-warranty, any necessary repairs or replacements will incur reasonable charges.
2) Given the complexities of face-to-face maintenance, we offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for any issues related to installation, operation, adjustment, maintenance, and more.
