1) Our quality warranty period extends for 12 months from the day the shipping commodity arrives at the port of destination. This warranty covers all aspects excluding physical damage. During this period, we will provide replacement fittings free of charge. Please note, users are required to return the damaged fittings to us via courier at their expense before we dispatch the replacement parts. Post-warranty, any fittings requiring repair or replacement will be subject to a reasonable service charge.
2) Understanding the challenges of face-to-face maintenance, we offer extensive online support. Our technical assistance is available through email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax. This ensures that you receive prompt help with installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance issues.
3) In situations where online support is insufficient for installation, usage, or adjustment issues, we provide Door-to-Door service. Should you require our engineer(s) to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machine on-site, you must assist with visa formalities, cover travel expenses in advance, and arrange accommodation during their visit. Additionally, a translator should be provided for the service engineer throughout their stay. Alternatively, you can arrange for your engineer to visit our factory for comprehensive, long-term technical training at no additional cost.

Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is just one set, and we offer a comprehensive one-year warranty for your peace of mind.
2. What brand of the bearing do you use?
We utilize high-quality NSK bearings from Japan.
3. When is the expected delivery time?
We ensure prompt delivery within 15-30 days after receiving your payment.
4. How is the warranty period managed?
During the warranty period, if any quality issues arise, our company will provide free maintenance services. Should parts need replacement, they will be supplied at no cost. If the issue isn't due to product quality and requires our engineers for repairs, there will be an appropriate service fee.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to guide our workers?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's site, we will promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers to install it as per the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the board and lodging of personnel during installation and a fee of USD150.00 per day per person. We will also assist the buyer with visa and installation preparations before traveling abroad.
