The quality warranty period for our products is 12 months from the arrival at the port of destination, excluding physical damage. During this period, we provide free fittings. After the warranty period, repair or replacement of fittings will be charged.
Our engineers offer online support via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for any installation, operation, or maintenance issues.
If online support is insufficient, we offer Door to Door service. You may request our engineers to visit your location for assembly, maintenance, or adjustments. Visa formalities, travel expenses, and accommodation must be arranged in advance. Alternatively, you can send your engineer for free technical training at our factory.
