1) Our quality warranty period extends for 12 months from the arrival date of the shipment at the destination port, excluding any physical damage. During this guarantee period, we will provide the necessary fittings free of charge. However, please ensure that the damaged fittings are returned to us by courier at your expense before we dispatch the replacement parts. Post-warranty, any fittings that require repair or replacement will incur a reasonable charge.
