The quality warranty period for our products is 12 months from the day the shipping commodity arrives at the port of destination. We provide free fittings during the guarantee period, excluding physical damage. Users are required to return damaged fittings at their own cost before we send back alternative parts. After the warranty period, repair or replacement of fittings will be charged.
Our engineers offer online technical support via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance issues. If online support is insufficient, we provide Door to Door service. Assistance with visa formalities, prepaid travel expenses, and accommodation is required for on-site services. Alternatively, customers can send their engineers for free technical training at our factory.

During the warranty period, we provide free maintenance for product quality issues. If parts need replacement due to quality problems, we cover the cost. If repairs are needed for issues unrelated to our machine's quality, we charge a reasonable fee for sending engineers.
Upon delivery, our technical personnel can assist with installation at the buyer's site. The buyer is responsible for accommodations and a daily fee per person. We will collaborate on visa arrangements and installation preparations before our engineers travel abroad.
