1) We offer a robust 12-month quality warranty starting from the arrival date of the shipped commodity at the port of destination, excluding any physical damage. During this period, complimentary fittings will be provided. Please ensure that any damaged fittings are returned to us via courier at your expense before we dispatch the replacement parts. Post-warranty, any required fittings or repairs will be reasonably charged and handled at your cost.
2) Given the challenge of face-to-face maintenance, we provide extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax to help you with installation, operations, adjustments, maintenance, and more.
3) Should you encounter issues beyond the scope of our online support, we offer Door-to-Door service. If our engineers need to visit you for assembly, maintenance, or adjustment of the machine, you will be required to assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation during their visit. For problems unrelated to machine quality, if the buyer requires on-site repair services from our engineers, an appropriate fee will be charged.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company and direct our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers to assist with the installation as per the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the engineers' accommodation and meals during installation, along with a daily fee of USD150.00 per person. We will also collaborate with the buyer on visa arrangements and pre-installation preparations.
