1) Our quality warranty period extends for 12 months from the day the shipping commodity arrives at the port of destination, excluding any physical damage. During this guarantee period, we will provide you with replacement fittings free of charge. Please note that customers are required to return the damaged fittings to us via courier at your expense before we send back the replacement parts. After the warranty period has expired, any fittings that need to be repaired or replaced will be your responsibility and will be charged at a reasonable cost.
2) Given the challenges of providing on-site maintenance, we will offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax to help you with issues related to installation, operation, adjustment, maintenance, and more.

5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company and guide our workers for free?
When the machine arrives at the buyer's installation site, we promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers to assist with installation according to the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for providing accommodation and meals for our personnel during the installation process, as well as a service fee of USD 150.00 per day per person. The seller will collaborate with the buyer to handle visa and installation preparations prior to departure.
