1) The quality warranty period is 12 months, starting from the day the shipped product arrives at the destination port, excluding physical damage. During the warranty period, we will provide free fittings. However, users must return the damaged parts to us via courier at their expense before we send back the replacement parts. After the warranty period, repair or replacement costs will be borne by the user, and charges will be reasonable.
2) Given the challenge of in-person maintenance, we offer extensive online support. We provide technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for issues related to installation, operation, adjustment, maintenance, and more.
