1) The quality warranty period extends for 12 magnificent months, starting from the very day the shipping commodity graces the port of destination, excluding any physical damage. During this generous guarantee period, fittings will be provided to you entirely free of charge. However, kindly return the damaged fittings to us via courier at your own expense before we dispatch the replacement parts. Beyond the warranty period, any required repairs or replacements of fittings will be reasonably charged to you.
2) As face-to-face maintenance by our engineers can be challenging, we offer comprehensive online support. Expect technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax to address any issues related to installation, operation, adjustment, maintenance, and more.
3) Should you encounter difficulties with installation, operation, or adjustment that cannot be resolved through online support, we offer premium Door to Door service. If you require our engineers to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machine at your location, please assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation for the duration of their service period. Additionally, kindly arrange for a translator to assist our service engineers. Alternatively, you are welcome to send your engineers to our factory for long-term, complimentary technical training.

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is one set, and we offer a comprehensive one-year warranty for your peace of mind.

We ensure prompt delivery within 15-30 days after receiving your payment, so you can begin your project without delay.
4. How do we handle the warranty period?
During the warranty period, if any product quality issues arise, our company will provide free maintenance services. Should parts need to be replaced, we will do so at no additional cost. If the issue is not related to our machine's quality, and you require our engineers for repair services, we will charge a reasonable fee.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company and train our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we will promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers to install it according to your schedule. The buyer is responsible for the engineers' accommodation and meals during the installation process, as well as a fee of USD 150.00 per person per day. We will collaborate with the buyer to manage visa and installation preparations beforehand.
