1) Our quality warranty period spans 12 months, starting from the day the shipping commodity arrives at the port of destination. This excludes any physical damage. During this guarantee period, we will provide you with replacement fittings for free. Please note that users are required to return the damaged fittings by courier at their expense before we dispatch the replacement parts. After the warranty period, any fittings that need to be repaired or replaced will be charged reasonably.
2) Given the challenges of in-person maintenance by our engineers, we will offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for installing, operating, adjusting, and maintaining the machine.
3) If you encounter problems with installation, usage, or adjustments that cannot be resolved through our online support, we offer Door-To-Door service. Should you require our engineers to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machine on-site, you will need to assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation during the business trip and service period. Additionally, please arrange for a translator for our service engineer. Alternatively, you can send your engineer to our factory for comprehensive, long-term technical training at no extra cost.

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is just one set, ensuring flexibility for all our clients. We offer a comprehensive one-year warranty for your peace of mind.
2. What brand of the bearing do you use?
We utilize premium NSK bearings from Japan, renowned for their durability and precision.
3. When is the delivery time?
We ensure prompt delivery within 15-30 days after receipt of your payment, guaranteeing timely fulfillment of your order.
4. How to handle the warranty period?
During the warranty period, any issues arising from product quality will be addressed with free maintenance. Should parts need replacement, they will be provided at no additional cost. If the issue is not related to product quality and engineering assistance is required, we will send engineers for service with appropriate charges applied.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company and direct our workers for free?
Upon arrival of the machine at the buyer's site, we promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers to facilitate installation according to the buyer's schedule. The buyer covers the expenses for board and lodging during installation and USD150.00 per day per person. We will support you in handling visa and installation preparations.
