1) Our quality warranty period extends for 12 months starting from the day the shipped commodity reaches the port of destination. This excludes any physical damage. During the guarantee period, we will provide you with replacement fittings at no cost. However, users are required to return the damaged parts to us via courier at their expense before we send the replacement parts. Beyond the warranty period, any repair or replacement parts needed will be your responsibility and will incur a reasonable charge.
2) Due to the challenges of face-to-face maintenance, we offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance through email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for issues related to installation, operation, adjustment, maintenance, and more.
3) If you encounter problems with installation, usage, or adjustment that our online support cannot resolve, we offer Door-to-Door service. Should you require our engineers to visit your location for assembly, maintenance, or adjustment, you will need to assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation during their visit and service period. Additionally, please arrange for a translator for the engineers during their stay. Alternatively, you can send your engineers to our factory for comprehensive, long-term technical training at no cost.

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is one set, and we provide a comprehensive warranty of one year.
2. What brand of the bearing do you use?
We utilize high-quality NSK bearings imported directly from Japan.
3. When is the delivery time?
We guarantee delivery within 15-30 days after receiving your payment.
4. How to handle the warranty period?
During the warranty period, our company will provide free maintenance for any product quality issues. If parts need to be replaced due to quality defects, we will do so at no cost. If the issue is not related to our product quality and the buyer requires our engineers for repairs, appropriate costs will be charged.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company and direct our workers for free?
Upon arrival of the machine at the buyer's installation site, we will promptly send mechanical and electrical engineers to assist with installation according to the buyer's schedule. The buyer will cover the accommodation and meals for our personnel during the installation process and pay a fee of USD150.00 per day per person. We will also collaborate with the buyer to manage visa arrangements and installation preparations ahead of time.
