1) Quality Warranty: Our products come with a 12-month quality warranty starting from the arrival date at the destination port. We provide free fittings during the warranty period, excluding physical damage. Users are required to return damaged fittings at their own cost before we send alternative parts. After the warranty period, repair or replacement of fittings will be charged.
2) Online Technical Support: Our engineers offer online support via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance issues.
3) On-Site Service: If online support is insufficient, we offer Door to Door service. Assistance with visa formalities, prepaid travel expenses, and accommodation arrangements are required for our engineers to visit your location. Our company offers high-quality machinery with a minimum order quantity of one set and a one-year warranty. We use NSK bearings from Japan to ensure durability and reliability. Delivery time is within 15-30 days after payment.
During the warranty period, we provide free maintenance for product quality issues and free replacement of parts if needed. If repairs are required due to reasons other than product quality, we charge a reasonable cost.
Our company can send technical personnel to your site for installation at the buyer's expense. The buyer covers board, lodging, and USD150.00 per day per person. We assist with visa arrangements and installation preparation.
