1) Our quality warranty period extends to a full 12 months from the day your Superior 5 Axis CNC Milling Machine for Complex Precision Engineering Projects reaches the port of destination. This guarantee excludes physical damage. During the warranty period, we will provide replacement fittings at no cost. Please return the damaged fittings to us via courier at your expense before we send the replacement parts. After the warranty period, any repairs or replacements will be reasonably charged and at your expense.
2) Given the challenges of in-person maintenance, we offer comprehensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax to help you with installation, operation, adjustments, and maintenance.
3) If you encounter issues with installation, operation, or adjustments that our online support cannot resolve, we offer Door to Door service. Should you require an engineer to visit for assembly, maintenance, or adjustments, you must assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation during their visit. Additionally, please provide a translator for the service engineer. Alternatively, your engineer can visit our factory for extensive, complimentary technical training.

We ensure delivery within 15-30 days after receiving your payment, ensuring prompt service and satisfaction.

During the warranty period, we are committed to providing free maintenance for any product quality issues. We will also replace any defective parts at no extra charge. If the problem is not due to product quality, any required repairs by our engineers will incur an appropriate fee.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our site for installation and worker training?
Upon the machine's arrival at your installation site, we promptly dispatch both mechanical and electrical engineers to assist with installation as per your schedule. The buyer is responsible for the board and lodging of our personnel during the installation process, along with a fee of USD150.00 per day per person. We will coordinate with you for visa procedures and other preparations needed before our engineers travel abroad.
