1) Quality Warranty: Our products come with a 12-month quality warranty starting from the arrival date at the destination port. We provide free fittings during the warranty period, excluding physical damage. Users are required to return damaged fittings at their own cost before we send alternative parts. After the warranty period, repair or replacement of fittings will be charged.
2) Technical Support: Our engineers offer online support via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for any installation, operation, adjustment, or maintenance issues.
3) Door to Door Service: If online support is insufficient, we offer on-site service. Customers must assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, arrange accommodation, and provide a translator for our engineers during their visit. Alternatively, customers can send their engineers for free technical training at our factory.
