1) Our products come with a 12-month quality warranty starting from the arrival date at the destination port. We offer free fittings during the warranty period, excluding physical damage. Customers are responsible for returning damaged fittings at their own cost before receiving replacement parts. After the warranty period, repair or replacement of fittings will incur reasonable charges.
2) Due to the difficulty of face-to-face maintenance, we provide extensive online support via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for any installation, operation, adjustment, or maintenance issues.
3) In cases where online support is insufficient, we offer Door to Door service. Customers requiring on-site assembly, maintenance, or adjustment by our engineers must arrange visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and provide accommodation. A translator is also required during the service period. Alternatively, customers can send their engineers for long-term free technical training at our factory.

During the warranty period, we provide free maintenance for product quality issues. If parts need replacement, we cover the costs. For technical support, our engineers can assist with installation at your site for a fee.
Upon delivery, our mechanical and electrical engineers will install the machinery according to your schedule. The buyer is responsible for accommodation and a daily fee per engineer. We will assist with visa arrangements and installation preparations.
