1) Our quality warranty period spans 12 months starting from the day the shipping commodity arrives at the port of destination, excluding any physical damage. During this guarantee period, we will provide you with replacement fittings at no cost. Kindly note that all users must return the damaged fittings to us via courier at your expense before we send back the replacement parts. After the warranty period, any fittings requiring repair or replacement will be your responsibility and will incur a reasonable charge.
2) Given the challenges of face-to-face machine maintenance, we offer extensive online support. This means we provide technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax when you encounter issues with installation, operation, adjustment, maintenance, and more.
3) Should you face issues with installation, usage, or adjustment that cannot be resolved through our online support, we offer Door-to-Door service. If you require our engineers to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machine on-site, you will need to assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation for the service period. During the warranty period, if any product quality issues arise, we will provide free maintenance services. Should any parts need replacement due to quality defects, we will also replace them at no cost. If the issue is not related to product quality, and the buyer requires us to send engineers for repairs, appropriate charges will apply.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company to instruct our workers for free?
Upon arrival of the machine at the buyer's installation site, we promptly send our skilled mechanical and electrical engineers to assist with installation as per the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for providing board and lodging for our personnel during the installation process, as well as a fee of USD150.00 per person per day. We will also collaborate with the buyer on visa arrangements and installation preparations.
