The quality warranty period is 12 months, starting from the day the shipping commodity arrives at the port of destination, excluding any physical damage. During this guarantee period, we will provide you with the necessary fittings free of charge. However, we kindly request that all users return the damaged fittings to us by courier at your expense before we send back the replacement parts. After the warranty period, any fittings that need repair or replacement will be your responsibility, and a reasonable charge will apply.

Due to the difficulty of providing face-to-face maintenance, we offer comprehensive online support. We will provide technical assistance through email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax whenever you encounter issues with installation, operation, adjustment, or maintenance.

In cases where our online support cannot resolve your issues with installation, usage, or adjustment, we offer Door-to-Door service. Should you require our engineer(s) to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machine at your location, you will need to assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation for the duration of the business trip and service period. Additionally, please arrange for a translator to assist our service engineer during their visit. Alternatively, you can send your engineer to our factory for extensive, free technical training.

During the warranty period, any quality-related issues will be addressed with free maintenance. Should parts need replacement, we will provide them at no extra cost. If the issue is not related to our product's quality and you require our engineers' assistance, a service fee will be applied.
5. Can your company send the technical personnel to our company and direct our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at your installation site, we will promptly dispatch skilled mechanical and electrical engineers to assist with the installation as per your schedule. The buyer is responsible for the accommodation and meals of our personnel during the installation period, along with a fee of USD150.00 per day per person. We will also assist with visa arrangements and other preparatory actions to ensure a smooth installation process.
