1) The quality warranty period is 12 months, starting from the date the product arrives at the destination port, excluding any physical damages. During the warranty period, we will provide required fittings free of charge. However, users must return the damaged fittings via courier at their expense before we send replacements. After the warranty period, any repairs or replacements will be reasonably charged and are the user's responsibility.
2) Due to the difficulty of on-site maintenance, we offer extensive online support. Our technical assistance includes email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax support to help with installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance issues.
3) If online support does not resolve your problems with installation, usage, or adjustment, we offer Door-to-Door service. This requires you to assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation for our engineer during the service trip. Please also provide a translator for the engineer. Alternatively, you can send your engineer to our factory for long-term, free technical training.

5. Can your company send technical personnel to our site for training?
Upon the machine's arrival at your installation site, we promptly send skilled mechanical and electrical engineers to assist with installation according to your schedule. You will need to cover their board and lodging during the installation process, along with a fee of USD150.00 per day per person. Prior to their visit, we will coordinate with you to handle visa arrangements and prepare for installation.
