1) We offer an extensive 12-month quality warranty, starting from the arrival date at the destination port. This warranty excludes physical damage. During this period, we will provide replacement parts free of charge. Please note, customers must return damaged parts at their own cost before we send out replacements. After the warranty period, any necessary repairs or part replacements will incur a reasonable charge.
2) Given the challenges of face-to-face maintenance, we offer comprehensive online support. Our technical team is available via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax to assist with installation, operation, adjustments, and maintenance issues.
3) If online support doesn't resolve your issues, we can provide on-site service. Should you require our engineers to visit, you will need to assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses and arrange accommodation. Additionally, a translator should be arranged for the duration of their visit. Alternatively, you are welcome to send your engineers to our factory for extensive, free technical training.

5. Can your company send the technical personnel to our company and direct our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we will promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers to assist with installation as per the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the accommodation and meals of our personnel abroad, plus a daily fee of USD150 per person. We will collaborate with the buyer to manage visas and installation preparations.
