1) The quality warranty period is 12 months from the day the shipped commodity arrives at the port of destination, excluding physical damage. We will provide free fittings during the warranty period. However, please note that users must return the damaged fittings to us via courier at their own expense before we send the replacement parts. After the warranty period, any required repairs or replacements will be at your expense and reasonably charged.
2) As it is challenging for our engineers to provide face-to-face maintenance, we offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance through email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax when users encounter issues with installation, operation, adjustment, maintenance, and more.
3) If you experience problems with installation, usage, or adjustment that cannot be resolved through online support, we can offer Door-to-Door service. Should you require our engineer(s) to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machine in your area, please assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation during their business trip and service period. Additionally, please arrange for a translator for the service engineer during their visit. Alternatively, you may send your engineer to our factory for extended, free technical training.

During the warranty period, if any product quality issues arise, our company will provide free maintenance services. Should any parts require replacement, we will also cover those costs. If the issue is not due to our machine's quality, and the buyer requests our engineers for repair services, we will charge a nominal fee for the service.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company to direct our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we promptly dispatch both mechanical and electrical engineers to assist with the installation as per the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for their accommodation and a daily fee of USD 150.00 per person. We will collaborate with the buyer on visa arrangements and installation preparations before traveling.
