1) The quality warranty period is 12 months, starting from the day the shipping commodity arrives at the port of destination, excluding physical damage. During this guarantee period, we will provide you with free fittings. Kindly return the damaged fittings by courier at your expense before we send the replacement parts. After the warranty period, the cost of fittings that need repair or replacement will be your responsibility, and charges will be reasonable.
2) Given the challenge of face-to-face maintenance, we offer extensive online support. We provide technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for any issues related to installation, operation, adjustments, maintenance, and more.
3) If you encounter issues with installation, usage, or adjustments that our online support cannot resolve, we offer Door-to-Door service. Should you require our engineer(s) to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machine on-site, you will need to assist with visa formalities, prepay traveling expenses, and arrange accommodation during the business trip and service period. Please also arrange a translator for our service engineer. Alternatively, you can send your engineer to our factory for long-term free technical training.

During the warranty period, we take full responsibility for any product quality issues with free maintenance and part replacement. For problems not related to our machine's quality, if our engineers are required for repairs, the buyer will cover the costs.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company and direct our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers as per the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the accommodation and a daily fee of USD150 per person. We will assist with visa and installation preparations to ensure a smooth process.
