1) The quality warranty period is 12 months from the day the shipping commodity arrives at the port of destination. This warranty excludes physical damage. We will provide the necessary fittings at no cost during this period. Please note that users are required to return the damaged fittings to us by courier at their expense before we send out the replacement parts. After the warranty period, any fittings that need repair or replacement will be the user's responsibility and will be reasonably charged.
2) Given the challenges of face-to-face maintenance, we offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax when issues arise during installation, operation, adjustment, or maintenance.
3) Should you encounter problems with installation, usage, or adjustment that our online support can't resolve, we offer Door to Door service. If our engineers need to visit your location for assembly, maintenance, or adjustment, you are required to assist with visa formalities, cover travel expenses in advance, and arrange accommodation during their stay. Additionally, please provide a translator for the service engineer during the service period. During the warranty period, if any product quality issues arise, Anhui Mingju Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. will provide free maintenance. If parts need replacement due to quality issues, we will replace them at no cost. For problems not attributed to our machine quality, we can dispatch engineers for repair services, and will charge a reasonable fee for such services.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our site to instruct our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we will promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers to install the equipment as per the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the accommodation and meals of our personnel abroad during the installation process, in addition to a fee of USD 150.00 per day per person. We will collaborate with the buyer to manage visa and installation preparations before dispatching our team abroad.
