1) The quality warranty period spans 12 months from the date the shipment arrives at the destination port, excluding physical damage. During this period, we provide free fittings. However, users must return damaged fittings by courier at their own expense before we send replacements. After the warranty period, repair or replacement of fittings will incur reasonable charges.
2) Given that face-to-face maintenance by our engineers is challenging, we offer comprehensive online support. We provide technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax to help with installation, operation, adjustments, and maintenance.
3) Should you encounter issues with installation, use, or adjustments that our online support cannot resolve, we offer Door to Door service. For on-site assembly, maintenance, or adjustment by our engineers, you are required to assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation during the business trip and service period. Additionally, please arrange for a translator during their service period. Alternatively, you can send your engineers to our factory for comprehensive, long-term, free technical training.

During the warranty period, should any product quality issues arise, our company is committed to providing free maintenance and parts replacement. If the issue is not related to machine quality, and our engineers are needed for repairs, the buyer will be responsible for the applicable costs.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our site and train our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's site, we promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers for installation as per the buyer's schedule. The buyer will cover the engineers' accommodation and meals, as well as a fee of USD 150.00 per person per day. We will assist the buyer with visa and installation preparations.
