1) Our quality warranty period is 12 months from the arrival of the shipping commodity at the destination port. We provide free fittings during this period, excluding physical damage. Users are required to return damaged fittings at their own cost before we send alternative parts. After the warranty period, repair or replacement of fittings will be charged.
2) Due to the difficulty of face-to-face maintenance, we offer various online support options including email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for technical assistance with installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance.
3) If online support is insufficient, we offer Door to Door service. Assistance with assembly, maintenance, or adjustment in your area requires visa formalities, prepaid travel expenses, accommodation, and a translator. Alternatively, you can send your engineer for long-term free technical training at our factory.
