1) Our products come with a 12-month quality warranty starting from the arrival date at the destination port. We provide free fittings during the warranty period, excluding physical damage. Customers are responsible for returning damaged fittings at their own cost before receiving alternative parts. After the warranty period, repair or replacement fittings will incur reasonable charges.
2) Due to the difficulty of face-to-face maintenance, we offer various online support options including email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for technical assistance with installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance.
3) If online support is insufficient, we provide Door to Door service for on-site assistance. Customers must arrange visa formalities, prepaid travel expenses, and accommodation for our engineers during their visit. Alternatively, customers can send their engineers to our factory for long-term free technical training.
